Private Health Strategy Engagements

Choose the level of strategic support appropriate to the complexity, duration, and responsibility involved.

Our Standard

Economic Stewardship and Sustainable Service

We believe service and sustainability must remain in balance.

We will not confuse generosity with the absence of boundaries, nor assume that charging a premium diminishes the sincerity of our service.

Responsible service requires time, preparation, sound judgment, people, systems, technology, legal protection, and organizational continuity. Revenue makes those conditions possible.

We will continue to provide meaningful public value through education, resources, perspective, and guidance. Individualized assessment, strategic application, coordination, accountability, access, and implementation remain paid professional work.

We will not build service models that quietly exhaust the founder, weaken the organization, blur professional boundaries, or compromise the quality of attention provided to those we serve.

Monetization is therefore not merely a commercial objective. It is part of responsible stewardship, organizational stability, and our continuing ability to leave people better off for having interacted with us.

Service without sustainability eventually becomes inconsistent, depleted, or unavailable. Sustainable pricing protects the quality, continuity, and responsibility of the service itself.
Pricing

Sustainable service requires responsible structure

Work With Micah provides meaningful public education and resources while reserving individualized assessment, strategic application, coordination, accountability, and ongoing access for paid professional engagements.

Pricing reflects the preparation, judgment, systems, discretion, and continuity required to serve families and private households responsibly.

This is not volume consulting. Micah accepts a limited number of engagements so that each client receives the depth of attention the work requires.

Engagements

Private Health Strategy Intensive

A focused strategic engagement for a defined health decision, transition, or period of uncertainty.

Private Health Strategy Intensives range from $1,500 to $3,000 based on complexity and preparation requirements.

Request an Intensive

Family Health Guidance

Short-term strategic guidance for families requiring more support than a single Intensive but not yet requiring a six-month governance relationship.

Engagements begin at $7,500.

Discuss Family Health Guidance

Private Health Strategy Retainer

Selective, ongoing household health governance for complex situations involving multiple people, providers, advisors, locations, or continuing decisions.

Engagements begin at $20,000 for six months.

By invitation only

By invitation only. Micah accepts a limited number of retainer households at one time so that each engagement receives the preparation, discretion, responsiveness, and depth of attention the work requires.

What is public, what is paid

Public value versus paid professional work

Public value may include

  • Articles and essays
  • Educational frameworks
  • Public interviews and speaking
  • Downloadable resources
  • General assessments
  • Newsletters and social content
  • Broad guidance that does not assess an individual's specific circumstances

Paid professional work includes

  • Individualized assessment
  • Review of a family's or household's specific circumstances
  • Strategic recommendations
  • Decision mapping
  • Provider or agency evaluation for a specific situation
  • Family or advisor coordination
  • Accountability and follow-through
  • Access to Micah's ongoing judgment
  • Implementation oversight
  • Custom governance tools or protocols

Education and perspective may be shared publicly. Individualized assessment, strategic application, coordination, accountability, access, and implementation require a professional engagement.

Private households and advisors

Family-office and private-household application

For private households, family offices, estate managers, and professional advisors, Micah may serve as a strategic health-governance partner—similar in perspective to a household health COO—helping map risk, organize information, clarify responsibility, align providers and advisors, and create one coherent point of strategic oversight.

Scope

Scope and professional boundaries

Work With Micah provides education, Private Health Strategy, Family Health Governance, decision support, and advisory guidance. It does not provide diagnosis, prescribing, medical orders, emergency response, legal advice, financial advice, or home-care services through a Work With Micah engagement.

Where nursing, staffing, clinical, legal, financial, or other regulated services are needed, those services must be separately evaluated, contracted, and delivered by the appropriate professional or entity.

Application

Apply for Private Health Strategy

Micah accepts a limited number of six-month Private Health Strategy engagements at one time. This application helps determine whether the household’s needs, complexity, and expectations align with the advisory model.
