I agree to the Private Health Strategy Intensive Terms of Service, including the cancellation policy and the recording and transcription of my session, and I acknowledge the Privacy Policy. I understand the Intensive is a non-clinical advisory service, not medical care, and not for emergencies.

How this role differs

A care manager often helps manage the care plan. A Private Health Strategist helps shape the strategy and governance surrounding the care plan.

A home-care agency delivers defined services. A Private Health Strategist helps the family determine how those services should fit within the larger system.

60–90 minutes. Private, nurse-informed, and unhurried.

Virtual or by private arrangement.

Optional follow-up support if the situation requires it.

The Private Health Strategy Intensive is offered at a fixed rate of $1,500.
