Last updated: September 21, 2026
This Policy explains what information Work With Micah collects, how we use it, who we share it with and how long we keep it. It covers workwithmicah.com and the Private Health Strategy Intensive.
1. Who We Are
Work With Micah is a service of Eastman Strategic Advisory LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "us" or "our"). We are responsible for the information described in this Policy.
Contact: 101 Eisenhower Parkway, Suite 300, Roseland, New Jersey 07068, micah@workwithmicah.com, 1-646-568-5789.
This Policy does not cover the affiliated businesses described in our Terms of Service. If you engage MMO Nursing PLLC, MMO Health Staffing LLC or another provider, that company handles your information under its own policy.
2. Health Information
We are not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical or nursing care, and we do not bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. The health information you share with us is protected by this Policy and by our agreement with you.
3. What We Collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number and the details you provide when you book, complete an intake form or email us. This may include health information about you or about a family member, documents you choose to send, and the concerns you want to discuss.
Session recordings and transcripts. We record your session and use a transcription service to produce a written transcript, so that your Summary can be prepared accurately. You may ask us not to record.
Payment information. Payment is processed by Stripe on its own hosted page. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Website information. Basic, aggregated analytics about visits to the site, collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell website data.
You choose how much to share with us. You do not need to send medical records to book or complete an Intensive.
4. Information About Other People
Many customers book an Intensive to discuss a parent, spouse or another family member. If you give us information about someone else, you confirm that you have that person's permission or other legal authority to share it. We treat that information with the same care as your own, and we do not contact that person unless you ask us to.
5. How We Use It
To schedule, prepare for and hold your session; to prepare and deliver your Private Health Strategy Summary and Action Map and answer your clarifying questions; to process payment and issue receipts; to communicate with you about your booking; to keep business, tax and legal records; and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not send marketing messages unless you separately ask to receive them.
6. Artificial Intelligence
We use technology, including artificial intelligence tools, to help with transcription, drafting and administrative work. These tools support the work; they do not replace Micah's judgment, and he remains responsible for everything you receive.
We do not use your information to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not permit any service provider to use your information to train its models. Where we use an AI assisted tool, we use a business account configured so that your information is not used for model training and is not shared beyond what is needed to perform the service.
Transcription is handled through Zoom, Google Meet or Notion, depending on the platform used for your session. We do not currently use an AI tool to draft your Summary or Action Map — that document is written by Micah.
7. Service Providers
We use the following companies to run the business. Each has access only to what it needs to perform its function:
- Lovable — website hosting and delivery.
- Supabase — database and file storage.
- GoHighLevel — scheduling, intake forms and customer records.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Zoom and Google Meet — video sessions.
- Notion — session transcription and notes.
- Cloudflare — website analytics.
We do not authorize these companies to use your information for their own purposes.
8. Who Else Sees It
We share your information outside the company only in these situations: with people you authorize, such as a family member, proxy or one of your healthcare providers, after you tell us in writing; with an affiliated business, only if you ask us to make an introduction or otherwise authorize it; with our service providers, as described above; with our professional advisors, such as our accountant or attorney, where needed; and where required by law, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm.
If the business is sold or transferred, your information may transfer with it, subject to this Policy.
9. How Long We Keep It
- Session recording: deleted once your Summary has been delivered.
- Transcript: one year, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.
- Your Summary and the documents you sent us: one year after your Intensive is complete, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Booking, payment and business records: as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, generally seven years.
Some information stays in backups for a limited period after deletion.
10. Your Choices
- Ask us not to record your session. Tell us before it starts and Micah will take written notes instead.
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your transcript, Summary or documents. We will do so unless we are required to keep a record.
- Ask us to stop contacting you, other than about a booking you have already made.
Email micah@workwithmicah.com to make any of these requests. We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls, encrypted storage with our providers, and limiting who can see what. No system is completely secure. Email, text and standard video are not fully secure, and you should tell us if you want a different channel for sensitive information.
12. Children
The Website and the Intensive are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. An adult customer may discuss a minor family member with us; that information is treated as information about another person under Section 4.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date. If the change is significant, we will tell customers with an active booking.
